What a Fool Believes

Is it possible for a show to jump the shark after 3 episodes?  

Wait, I’m asking the wrong question.  Let me try again.  

Is it possible for a show to become the shark and for that shark to shoot itself in the face and become a ghost shark and for that ghost shark to jump over its floating carcass?*

This show, nearly off the rails to begin with, has now gone so completely off them that it’s become Doc’s hovertrain in Back to the Future Part III, roaring off to a place that doesn’t need rails.  Yet, I’d still say this show is worth a look.  There are some interesting ideas and visuals.  It’s just that those interesting ideas are 3 seasons worth crammed into 3 episodes.  The insanity of the pace of this show would make some of the insane characters on this show sane.  It’s absurd.  Which actually provides another reason to watch the show: to learn what not to do.  Let this show be a lesson.  A holy-shit-this-is-so-fucking-ridiculous lesson.
